Dining at Cordelia's
Dining at Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club is a delightful experience. From the stunning lawn and lake view to the distinct menus and genteel staff, Cordelia’s restaurant offers an upscale dining option that is unprecedented in the area. Cordelia is the daughter of Samuel Hawkins and for whom the nearby city of Cordele, Ga., was named.
Chef Howard Shaftel’s menu blends the rich history of the south with European and American influences. The dinner menu is a fusion between Italian and local cuisine, complete with a selection of fine domestic and imported wines.
The restaurant seats 100 guests and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Settle in at 88’s Lakeside Bar for a wide variety of cocktails, fine wines and Liquors in a casual setting overlooking beautiful Lake Blackshear. The Bar bears its name from the historical time line of our area - The State of Georgia was established in 1788, and the city of Cordele was founded in 1888.
